You can have a CNAME alias setup in your DNS record to point to your FTP Host Name/server if you would like. Your CNAME alias can be a name such as: files.yourcompanydomain.com. If you want a CNAME alias you must contact the organization that is providing your DNS services. They should be able to create the CNAME alias in just a few minutes.
If your company has restrictions on this type of setup CyberLynk can register you a domain name to use specifically for your FTP hosting service.
