Once you complete our simple sign up form your FTP Hosting instructions will be emailed to the email address you specified during the sign up process within 5 minutes. This is an automated process. Once you receive the FTP Hosting instructions you can log in to the administration control panel where you can start creating usernames/passwords and emailing prepopulated end user instructions out to your clients or employees. This is a simple process and if you get stuck you can contact CyberLynk directly for support.

If you do not get your FTP hosting instructions you can open a billing ticket by emailing billing@cyberlynk.net and including information about your recent signup. You should also check your spam filtering to make sure the instruction email was not marked as spam.
